lost my VP!??

Guys need help, my 1st ps3 has broken, cant switch or anything, if it does switch on it just crashes. I got a new 1. Just assuming that if I put in my user all my saved online data would be there. It wasnt, I lost my VP, got him quite good, upto 90%. While I was figuring out how to get him back, I tried a new 1, but I cant be bothered with all the boring defensive n goalkeeping accomplishments, which I had 100% completed. Now I just want my old 1 back. He was a FAR better player. Does anybody have any ideas for me? And I cant seem to find a direct link to EA Support so I could maybe ask them, and they fix it on their little computers. Any help to gettin him back would be greatly appreciated. Thank.
