Name changing

In my game, If I were to choose Chelsea as my team, the commentator starts mixing peoples names up. For instance, he starts to say 'joe cole' when ashley cole is on the ball, when joe cole doesnt even play for chelsea any more. If anyone can help I would be grateful..........|||have you updated to 1.04? , log into psn and load the game and download the update
