Manager Mode player's progress Bug Reveled

First of all, sorry if it's posted already in the forums. I don't get paid to search this, and I payed already for the game. Yes, i'm that mad.
I just cannot progress young players and boost their stats. It's that simple.

Many of you know this year Manager Mode. I have FIFA 11 for PS3 [USA] [Spanish Language] from past October 2010, and replay the Manager Mode every f* time to know what i'm doing wrong in my team. This is the 7th time and all my players boost backwards. As you can see in the picture, I'm not kidding, and this must be a bug in the game core and not something user-related.
To make young players progress - specially transfered and everybody not related to the starting/first team - I've tried:

• Put them in their accurate Role and Position (so the General Stats shows its maximum)


• Play with them A LOT.


• Using them has Starting/First Team A LOT.


• Paying them A LOT.


• Making contracts for 4 Years instead of 2~3.

None of them did result. For example. C. Ronaldo, Di María, even Khedira and Sergio Ramos raise their stats by 1 every season, but young promises don't: Sergio Canales, G. Kakuta, J. Rodwell and M. Hummels, for example.
But now, we may have a glimpse of what kind of bug is. If you see below the players name, it says "Position: Right Forward" (Posición: Delantero Derecho, translated, is the right guy on top that scores goals). Well, EVERY PLAYER HAS ASSIGNED THAT POSITION except Khedira, witch shows "DM" (MedioCampista Defensivo - Defensive Midfielder). And that haven't changed by the last 2 runs I did.



What I'm doing wrong? Simply nothing. The game just "thinks" that all the players are RF, so instead of make boost calculations in their native position, makes wrong and uses this "fixed" position where the players don't perform well. It's like putting Messi as Goalkeeper and waiting to boost very well at the end of the season. It's just not right, and the game determines their poor results by this. Chelsea, Bayern Münich, even Málaga are affected by this.
At this time, FIFA 11 is patched to version 1.05 [USA]. This bug probably will get hunted down - I don't know how deep is it - and fixed some time in the future. Also, I'm expecting to, if EA releases a patch for this, to start AGAIN from the scratch. For me, that means 3 weeks to play and see the results of the fix.

Well, I'm not saying that FIFA 11 is a bad game. But everything outside the core play is a technical and graphical disaster. Menu lag, multiplayer lag, poor usability and information displays, and archaic team management in all aspects. Well it's fine for some others, for me, specially with the lack of multiplayer due to geographical reasons (high pings), keeping the other main attraction with uncovered corners like these, makes my future FIFA 12 copy too far away.
