I have a problem - suddenly my ranking points does'nt go up Or down even IF I loose og win. The points are now totally frozen!

I have a similar problem. When i draw or win a match it keeps saying i lose 32 points. I dont go up the ranking. Just won from a higher ranked opponent and i get a red arrow and -32 points.
Also not receiving any match reports in my email inbox.
What is happening?|||Same problem here. For two days in a row now. Points are frozen!

How can this be rectified???|||my fifa 11 online feature is messed up, i had a bad streak lately i went from being in the top 10000 to being 78000 or so but im startin to get my touch back, im winnin but at the end of the game it keeps on tellin me i have the same amount of point 4320, and that my opponent has 4713, how ever point are not gettin added nor deducted and when i check my player hub opponets he has a different amount of points, my streak says -1 but ive won them, what can it be done, plz reply somehow know what to do?|||This is so annoying...is there still no indication when it will be sorted out?|||damn, same here.. i thought some * bag did something cuz he was cheating during the game(players on steroids) but thats a relief, freakin servers!!|||Same problem for a week.. when will they give us an answer??????|||Same for me.
